Once logged into your personal account you can go on to setting up your page. There is an Advertising link in the footer of all of the pages or you can just click here to begin the process.

From here you can add your business details including Name, Website, Email, Physical Address, and much more to engage your new fans and entice them to become customers of your business.

Congratulations your page is now setup!

Now here is the fun part – become a fan of yourself! (Find the Become a Fan link and click!!)

Now that your page is active – Promote, Promote, Promote. Encourage fan sign ups whereever you can, through friends and family, business networks and of course on your website.

Today we have a new tutorial using BearCart! Adding Discount Coupons is a fantastic feature of BearCart which allows you to add a fixed price or percentage based coupon code – Perfect as a special offer for subscribers, advertisement and much more…

Adding A Coupon in BearCart

To begin login to your Admin area and click on the Customers section, within this section you will find a link to the Coupon Admin.

Click Insert to begin adding a new coupon. You are then presented with a form to insert the details of your coupon.

Begin by inserting a Coupon code – this will be the code that your customers will add in the checout process. The code can be anything you like, however it is usually a good idea to make it something relating to your offer. For example if you are offering an exclusive discount for book subscribers you could call it Book.

Next is the coupon amount – this can be either a Fixed amount or Percentage discount as shown in the next drop down box. Select your discount type and then move on to Coupon Usage!

Coupons can be set for a single use per customer or for unlimited uses.

Once all of your details are added click the Save button to activate your coupon!

Congratulations, your coupon is now live!!
